Story Of Change - Azim

Azim is a 5-year-old boy. When Azim first joined the crèche, he rarely spoke and found it difficult to express himself or interact with others. The teachers noticed his behaviour and gently engaged him in joyful learning activities. When he understood that the teachers cared for him just like his peers, he began to feel comfortable. In a safe, caring, and encouraging environment, he began speaking with his classmates and teachers. For the first time, he smiled, took part in songs and group play activities, and started expressing his thoughts. The crèche teachers’ consistent support and creative teaching methods helped him feel confident and loved. The teachers also conducted home visits and meetings, motivating the parents to spend more quality time with their children. Azim eagerly participates in all classroom activities. He can recognise animals, flowers, and the alphabet. He loves rhymes and enjoys drawing and craftwork. His mother is very proud of his progress.
